One:  Because each cap panel is custom-made to your specifications, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been approved and sent to production.

 

Two:  However, your satisfaction is very important to us. If your panel arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery. We will review the issue and promptly arrange a replacement or correction at no cost to you.

 

Three:  All orders are shipped via trusted carriers with tracking information provided once your item has been dispatched.
